We would like to warmly thank Magnitude Construction for the excellent work on our "Villa Melisse" project, located in Ubud just 2.1 km from the Monkey Forest.
From choosing the plot and designing the villa to handing over the keys in December 2025, the team took care of absolutely everything with great professionalism.
Every option we selected was respected and seamlessly incorporated into the project, including:
- a spa nestled in nature with two massage tables,
- a waterfall above the swimming pool,
- an Instagram-worthy heart feature,
- an outdoor bathtub,
- five outdoor showers surrounded by tropical plants,
- indoor and outdoor living walls,
- a decorative pond at the villa entrance,
- and an exceptional sunken lounge.
The Magnitude Construction team is young, dynamic, available, responsive and highly professional. Communication was always clear and reassuring throughout the project, which is essential when building remotely.
The villa is now available as a holiday rental and has already been listed on several booking platforms (Airbnb, Bestay, Booking.com and others).

Three years ago, we asked Magnitude to build our first villa in Bali. I am still extremely satisfied with the service and the villa's returns, which led us to acquire two more villas. After several months of friendly conversations with Yann and Paul, we travelled to Bali to refine the final designs.
Séverine, the architect, is exceptionally patient, highly professional and full of helpful advice.
We visited several construction sites, and the work Magnitude Construction had done on other villas met our expectations.

Nous ne recherchions pas à investir dans l’immobilier, et encore moins si loin ;
mais après avoir eu vent de ce type de projet, nous nous sommes intéressé au sujet
et avons été séduit par cette destination de rêve.
Nous avons eu la chance d’être présenté aux fondateurs de Magnitude, et pu noter leur sérieux
et leur connaissance de cet environnement ; forts de leurs contacts et de leur pleine immersion,

Une fois le terrain trouvé, le choix de la villa fait, et le projet lancé, la réalisation a pu être aisé grâce
à leur site de suivi de chantier.

J'ai découvert Magnitude Construction par un ami qui avait une villa en construction fin 2018.

Having being searching to invest in SE Asia for over 4 years, I was just about settled on purchasing a readymade villa for rent. That evening, while walking back through Ubud, I pondered a moment outside the Magnitude office window, wondering what they offered.
Upon entering I was greeted by friendly and knowledgable staff who listened to my wants and needs. A friendly and professional relationship was soon established. While not pushed in any way by the Magnitude team, I was given plenty of opportunities to look at land, meet architects and discuss with designers. After meeting with my family, we soon agreed this is the approach that we liked, and decided to work with Magnitude in developing our own Villa. All within my own set budget.
Before meeting Yann at Magnitude, the process of investing in Bali seemed full of difficulties and complexities. A bit daunting really. Yan instilled me and more importantly, my family, with confidence. The whole investment process was explained and I was reassured that everything would be smooth and legal. It was.
We are now very proud owners of a fantastic Villa, completed from the start right through to taking ownership, by Magnitude. I am already planning the next one!
